      The 130 and 150 raw press is developed by our technical team for many years. This machine adopts high speed, high friction, fast heat production, and rapidly promotes the high-pressure press of raw materials. Then it solves the environmental protection problem of customers' oil extraction in the city. This machine is composed of pressing, filtering and automatic circulation feeding. This machine is applicable to rapeseed, peanut, soybean, sunflower, flax, corn germ and other raw materials, which can be pressed.

      Raw press needs to be squeezed twice. Therefore, a circulating feeder is equipped. The oil cake can be directly lifted into the silo for secondary pressing, reducing the manual feeding process.

      Working principle of raw press:

      When the oil press produced by Aoyou Machinery Co., Ltd. - Aoyou Machinery works, the power from the main motor is transmitted to the main shaft through the reducer, and the screw mounted on the main shaft rotates, pushing the oil between the screws forward. Because the gap between the boring and screw pressing of the oil press is gradually reduced, the density of the oil increases, and the pressure gradually increases. During the pressing process, the friction between the oil particles and between the oil and the parts generates heat, which constitutes the pressure and heat elements of the oil pressing process, destroys the oil cell tissue, and the oil overflows from the oil line, and the cake is pushed out from between the pressing cone and the cake outlet. When the spilled oil flows into the oil filter through the oil pan, the negative pressure is formed in the barrel, and the oil is pushed into the oil filter barrel through the filter cloth, The oil residue is isolated on the filter cloth, which is good oil.

      Raw press has the characteristic of not damaging the original oil quality and avoids the adverse effects of traditional high temperature oil press processing. The raw pressed product oil retains the original flavor and color of the oil, completely preserves the nutrients in the oil, and the original flavor of the cold pressed oil is the choice for healthy life.
